Tenant Involvement

Work done in peoples homes is by far the biggest issue for all social housing tenants. What's done and the way its done matters to people and can have an impact on their quality of life.

GM Procure has a clear set of tenant involvement objectives and cultivates a proactive approach. These include:

  • ensuring  transparency of information and input into decisions
  • welcoming a minimum of two customers to each management group, from a diverse background
  • provision of relevant training and support
  • being easy to work with and approachable
