J21

GM Procure has engaged J21, the Rochdale based skills broker,  to provide support to our clients and framework partners, specifically to develop technical and professional skills in the North West.

Responding to feedback from clients about the difficulties facing the social housing sector in recruiting and retaining personnel such as project managers, site managers, quantity surveyors etc, GM Procure working with the Skills Group has developed this way forward.

Not only will the relationship with J21 help create a lasting legacy within organisations, to the satisfaction of both clients and their staff, it will critically drive down the hidden costs of hiring in temporary staff.
